A Life of Meditation

Meditation is not an act, it is in every moment of the actual living of your life. You cannot truly meditate one minute and not meditate the next; you don’t go in and out of it. Meditation is continual witnessing of yourself with understanding. You either live it or you don’t. When you don’t live it, you are not living your life, you are simply reacting to events. You do not need to try to live, you are already living. You only need to understand. When you truly understand, your very existence is holy.

Notes to myself while reading “Beyond Knowledge”, Pg 87, Jean Klein
