Sensing and Knowing

You know too much, doubt too little, and are too set in your ways. You are alive, but you don’t realize it. All your actions are merely reactions. You believe all your sense organs tell you, yet their range of perception is extremely narrow. What you perceive is not what is actually there; you are perceiving only your own sense organs. Therefore, you cannot truly speak of the nature of things you perceive without including yourself as the witness. What you perceive is always in relation to your ability to perceive it. This is also true when you observe yourself. All you can ever know is your own consciousness.
