Your personality is nothing but a habit, built from memory of past events, thoughts and emotions. It exists only in your own mind. Nobody sees you as you really are, and neither do you. You are like a soldier, marching to music only you can hear. When you realize this, you begin to question “What am I, really?”, and you become aware of the witness who is witnessing this illusory personality. You become aware of your own awareness. Be with yourself. Be curious about yourself. Be honest and loving with yourself. This is the beginning of understanding, and to understand is the beginning of enlightenment.
